“I first approached Fitquest and Rob shortly after being diagnosed with labral tears in both hips. Training with Rob built up my strength and fixed the many imbalances that had developed over the years. This prevented further injury and allowed me to continue playing sports, including attending two U19 World Ringette Championships, in the years that I spent waiting for surgery. My surgeon gave me no post-op instructions but Rob was able to create a rehab program that was manageable to balance with school and had me back playing ringette within 6 months of the second surgery. I continue to train with Rob to this day and would recommend him to any athlete.
