Summer Elite Hockey Athlete Development Programs


These development programs are designed for players who are looking to improve their game in the off-season.  Our Fitquest coaches will mentor each athlete to help develop their specific Sports Performance, Overall Health and Athleticism. These 3-5 day training programs begin every April and run through to the end of August. Space is limited and reserved for focused athletes.

Summer Athlete Development Program


Fitquest’s athlete development programs are designed for focused young athletes ages 12-18 years who want to improve athletic ability in their chosen sport. We offer athletic sports performance training for athletes in hockey, figure skating, volleyball, skiing, baseball, tennis, soccer and many other sports. Through an educative approach and applying science- based methods, Fitquest’s experienced coaches will work to develop and improve specific elements of the young athletes health and sport performance. During these sessions each athlete regardless of their sport focus, will have a specific workout to follow in a small, supervised group setting (max 8 athletes/session). Fall Winter Athlete Program


Fitquest’s athlete development programs are designed for focused young athletes ages 12-18 years who want to improve athletic ability in their chosen sport. We offer athletic sports performance training for athletes in hockey, figure skating, volleyball, skiing, baseball, tennis, soccer and many other sports. Through an educative approach and applying science-based methods, Fitquest’s experienced coaches will work to develop and improve specific elements of the young athletes health and sport performance. During these sessions each athlete regardless of their sport focus, will have a specific workout to follow in a small, supervised group setting (max 8 athletes/session). Programs run afterschool and Saturday mornings.   Month memberships, punch cards, and are available. How to Join FITQUEST’S ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. • Complete our online Needs Assessment Form, specifying the Athlete Development and location for training. • A Fitquest coach will reply to the form with registration information as well as schedule a complimentary assessment workout. • Come dressed and focused for your session.
