For those looking for elite athlete training, amateur athlete training, and strength and conditioning training, Fitquest has developed a number of programs to build athletic skill and enhance performance.

Our programs are crafted to benefit individual athletes and athletic teams of all ages. We offer specialized hockey training as well as programs for ringette, soccer, volleyball, swimming, martial arts, and more.

Athletic programs are available for in-season and off-season training.

Athlete Development Programs
Customized training for athletes ages 13-18 years who want to build athletic ability in their chosen sport.

Sport Fundamentals Programs
Designed to develop and challenge a young athletes fundamental and functional movement skills, this program will build on athleticism through specific and non-specific tasks and activities.

Individual Strength and Conditioning Programs
Created for elite athletes, amateur athletes, and those who want to improve individual performance (adults only).

Sports Team and Athletic Club Training Programs
Sports performance training developed to create powerful competitive sports teams and athletic clubs.

Summer Hockey Development Programs
Train 3-4 days a week with this 15-17 week development program.

Take Home Sports Performance Training Programs
Customized take home sports performance training programs so you can make progress in your training no matter where you are.
