Training is built around the individual — not the class.

Programs are designed to support performance, fitness, and/or injury management, based on your goals and background.

Core Programs

  • One-on-one or partner training built around your specific goals, fitness level, or performance needs.

    Delivered by experienced coaches, including registered kinesiologists.
    Programs are customized, monitored, and adjusted over time.

    Kinesiology services may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your coverage.

  • Structured small group training in a coached environment.

    Each athlete or client follows a program aligned with their goals — either individually designed or selected by the coach.

    With an approximate 8:1 client-to-coach ratio, sessions provide guidance, progression, and consistency.
    Available at our Amped location.

  • Individually designed programs that can support performance, fitness, or recovery.

    Built from assessment and tailored to your schedule and goals.

    Use of our Coachmeplus app on your personal site.

  • Structured training designed to support injury recovery and a return to activity or sport.

    Integrated with our coaching and performance environment.

    We can collaborate with your team of medical professionals.
