COLLABORATION TO DEVELOP & MENTOR ATHLETES

Our first objective is to fully understand the requirements of each team, club, or association we work with. After identifying the specific goals and needs of each group, we work together with athletes, coaches, and executives to ensure we implement programming that will align with schedule and develop:

• Specific Sport Performance and Development Indexes

• Overall Health and Athleticism

• Personal & Team Development and Accountability

  • On Site Training

    We work with variety of teams/ groups to co-create sport specific & age appropriate programs which are performed at one of our locations, Amped Sports Lab (South- East) or newly expanded Kanata (Bell Sensplex - West).

    *Options for supplemental programming available on request.

  • Online Training Programs

    Our online Kinduct platform allows us to create a team account and post prescribed programming for athletes which includes videos and descriptions exercises,

    *Athletes will be responsible for performing workouts without live coaching however they may be held accountable by options of combinations of live onsite coaching, monitoring and individual sites. Please inquire on options.

  • Virtual Training

    Live online coaching and development; all with the convenience of parents, athletes not having to leave their homes. Limited equipment required.

    • Includes videos & descriptions of exercises

    * Regular on-site training is recommended as part of any virtual training package to allow for coaches to further interact with athletes.
